SIGDEV Analyst Level 1 – 30921
Wyetech is seeking a SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst Level 1 to support a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 mission operations. In this mission-essential role, you will help maintain the customer’s computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision-makers and keeping our troops safe.
The SIGDEV Analyst will provide analytic support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will include data and voice communications, DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP. The analyst will conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest, develop analytic strategies, and identify target communications within the global network.
This position is open to CCA candidates who meet the requirements below. Candidates will be interviewed, evaluated, and selected, then will go through Contractor Clearances and receive an approved CCA Waiver prior to starting on program. Acceptance of a pipeline position does not guarantee the candidate will be selected for a funded position.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, including use of the command line.
• Experience with front-end collection systems, including survey systems.
• Experience with DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly.
• At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Desired Skills:
• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).
• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).
• Scripting experience using Bash, Shell, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi.
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
Capabilities:
• Apply critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.
• Apply knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
• Apply principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
• Utilize software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
• Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
• Utilize SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporate independent research to enhance target development.
• Identify target communications within the global network.
Travel/Shift/Telework Details:
The candidate must be available to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working one of the following shifts:
• Day Shift: 0545–1345
• Swing Shift: 1345–2145
• Mid Shift: 2145–0545
Shift schedules include weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
• At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
• Required Education: N/A.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Salary Range: $49.60 - $67.17 USD Hourly
Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
