SIGDEV Analyst L1
Wyetech is seeking a SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst Level 1 to provide analytic support focused on optimizing and developing assigned customer accesses. The SIGDEV Analyst will conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest, formulate analytic strategies, and identify target communications within the global network.
The position focuses on data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, modern digital and optical telecommunications systems, telephony switching system networks, internet communications, and other advanced technologies over IP.
The successful candidate will apply critical thinking, technical knowledge, independent research, and SIGINT development methodologies to identify analytic vectors and support collection and target development activities.
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
Within the last seven (7) years, at least three (3) years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Experience applying critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.
Knowledge of various technologies and/or technical topics used to identify analytic vectors.
Experience with the principles and methods used to exploit foreign communications and communications systems.
Experience identifying, collecting, analyzing, processing, and disseminating SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
Experience using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
Experience researching and analyzing collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest and analytic strategies.
Ability to identify target communications within the global network.
Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information.
Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral reporting repositories.
Ability to conduct and incorporate independent research to enhance target development.
Experience supporting the optimization and development of customer accesses.
Capabilities:

Develop and apply techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information.
Conduct independent research and incorporate findings into target development and analytic efforts.
Support system monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and mission restoration activities as required for designated customer systems.
Schedule:
This position requires the ability to support an 8-hour rotating shift.
Preference is for candidates available for mid shift (1345–2145), with a 14.5% shift differential, or swing shift (2145–0545), with a 21.2% shift differential.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
Within the last seven (7) years, at least three (3) years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Salary Range: $49.60 - $67.17 USD Hourly

Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
