SIGINT Technical Analyst L2
Wyetech is seeking an experienced SIGINT Technical Analyst Level 2 to support mission-critical SIGINT collection and collection management operations. The successful candidate will provide technical and operational support for current and prototype intelligence systems while assisting the Government in defining, developing, and documenting operational, maintenance, and logistical concepts.
This position supports the development of prototypes, proofs of concept, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). The analyst will operate, demonstrate, and provide training on intelligence, information assurance, and cybersecurity systems under test or in operational field or garrison environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting military and/or Government cryptologic missions and a strong understanding of the U.S. SIGINT System, SIGINT collection and processing facilities, collection management, electromagnetic emissions, and end-to-end data flow. The position requires extensive interaction and collaboration with Intelligence Community representatives, including military services, Second and Third Party customers, and vendors.
Required Skills/Experience:
Fourteen (14) years of professional experience supporting a military and/or Government cryptologic mission.
Professional experience may include mission support as a military or Government collector, language analyst, or Signal Analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
Experience supporting SIGINT collection and Collection Management activities.
Experience operating SIGINT collection and collection management equipment.
Experience supporting and implementing collection-tasking strategies.
Experience gathering and analyzing collection-related statistics.
Experience documenting operational activities in daily logs and collection summaries.
Experience optimizing collection activities and collection systems.
Experience supporting users during upgrades and installation of new collection systems.
Experience operating, demonstrating, and providing training on current or prototype intelligence systems.
In-depth understanding of the U.S. SIGINT System.
Understanding of SIGINT Systems collection and processing facilities.
Understanding of applicable export issues.
Experience with all-source research and identifying communications used by targets of interest.
Knowledge of end-to-end data flow and site capabilities used to recognize and define collection problems.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Intelligence Community, including military services, Second and Third Party customers, and vendors.
Capabilities:
Operate SIGINT collection and collection management equipment in accordance with user and position manuals.
Support Mission Management and Collection Management activities.
Support the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.
Provide operational assistance to users during upgrades and installation of new collection systems.
Participate in discussions with Offices of Primary Concern (OPC) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments.
Respond to collection requirements received from Data Orchestration Services.
Support the review of collection priorities submitted by the Information and Intelligence Analysis organization.
Gather collection-related statistics and document operational activities in daily logs and collection summaries.
Optimize collection activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and Government guidance.
Operate, demonstrate, and provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems, either deployed or in test.
Provide technical assistance necessary to meet collection-tasking strategies.
Conduct discussions between various TOPIs and other customers to ensure accurate collection assessments are received and shared.
Participate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Information and Intelligence Analysis.
Support the technical development of junior personnel in SIGINT analytical tradecraft.
Provide technical direction and technical support for the development of training.
Collect, compile, and prepare drafts of information related to characteristics of signals based on Government identification of signals.
Conduct and document all-source research to identify communications used by targets of interest.
Provide collection summary reports, statistics, and metrics through formal and informal communications.
Maintain knowledge of site capabilities, including end-to-end data flow, to help recognize and define collection problems.
Qualifications:
Fourteen (14) years of professional experience supporting a military and/or Government cryptologic mission is required.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required.
This position requires an Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).

Salary Range:
$38.00 - $65.00 USD Hourly

Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
