Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 – 25704

Wyetech is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 to support the Intelligence Community (IC). The Target Analyst Reporter prioritizes, assesses, evaluates, and reports information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized products to customers.

The Target Analyst Reporter writes reports which may require significant editing; may require assistance in determining reportability of an activity; requires assistance in locating reportable information (i.e., can only run basic queries or may require raw information to be provided); may require assistance in determining the focus of a report; is familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that enhances reporting; and has the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers. This position may require mentorship and/or significant guidance from Government personnel.

Required Skills/Experience:

• At least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) or U.S. Government (USG) military.

• At least two (2) years of the required experience must have been within the last five (5) years.

Capabilities:

• Experience within the IC drafting and/or editing finished, serialized SIGINT product reports for release.

• Ability to author reports based on simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.

• Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.

• Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

• Experience using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.

• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT reporting policies, including the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post-Publication actions, RFIs, and related reporting requirements.

• Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and the ability to incorporate independent research to enhance reporting.

Qualifications:

• At least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military is required.

• At least two (2) years of the required experience must have been within the last five (5) years.

• There are no education, training, or certification requirements for this labor category.

• Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance are required.

Hourly Salary Range: $81.50 to $99.70 per hour
Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications; and geographic location. Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
