  • Diagnose and resolve software integration failures, configuration problems, service interruptions, and infrastructure-related incidents.

  • Execute software testing and performance characterization procedures to validate application functionality, system compatibility, and operational requirements.

  • Provide software product ownership and sustainment support for HPC tools, mission applications, and associated infrastructure services.

  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering software configurations, system architecture, operational procedures, troubleshooting guidance, and infrastructure changes.

  • Utilize Git for source code management, branching strategies, release tracking, and collaborative software development.

  • Support configuration management processes, maintain accurate system records, and document changes affecting mission applications and infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, software developers, systems administrators, and operations teams to coordinate technical solutions and resolve complex issues.
